    Hi Folks,

My wife was driving up to Dublin from Galway yesterday and the car conked out at Enfield. The water pump packed in and the engine will not start. The car passed the nct last week. Just wondering if Toyota will replace and fix for free given they year and low mileage of the car (40k miles). Seems to me to be highly unusual. The mechanic in Enfield now thinks that the engine manifold and engine block could have been affected as well.

We are waiting to call a dealership in Kildare to discuss the problem (that's where we both the car from new. Does anybody think Toyota will fix this out of goodwill given the track record to date?

In an amazing coincidence I saw another Yaris broken down this morning on my way into work!

I wonder if the problem is related to the recall issue?
    Failed to load the poll.
