    Hi everyone!!!

I'm a future Spanish eramus student at NUIM of Electronic Engineering with Communications and I would like to know how it works, I mean, if this subject has lectures or if it is bases on "free" work and develop, how is the evaluation, etc

Sorry for my english, it is quite bad, but I'm trying to improve it ;-)

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards!

    Hi there,

The module descriptor for that particular module can be found here:
    https://intranet.eeng.nuim.ie/knowledgeTree/action.php?kt_path_info=ktcore.actions.document.view&fDocumentId=539

It should have all the information you need. If it asks for a login both the username and password are: guest

The final year project is composed completely of independent study meaning there are no lectures for it. There are time slots allocated on your timetable which is to be used for it, however it will probably also require additional work outside of those hours.

For whatever project you choose you will have a supervisor who will be there to provide you with reasonable guidance and assistance over the course of the project.

The breakdown of the evaluation is given in the module descriptor. It is broken up between: an interim report, a final report and interview, supervisors assessment, and a poster presentation. You can the % for each in the descriptor.

If you need any more information about any of the other modules in fourth year etc you can find their descriptors here:
    http://www.eeng.nuim.ie/current_students/module_descriptors/fourth_year.shtml

    Hope this helps
