    Hey all,

I'm a 23 year old guy studying and working in Dublin. For the last two years or so I've been growing my hair long and it's now a bit past my shoulders. However, I've come to realise it's not a style that works for me and plan to get it cut.

Unfortunately, I'm not the most naturally stylish guy in the world (gayness notwithstanding :p). I can tell if something looks good or not, but I've absolutely no idea what to suggest to a hairdresser. I need to talk to a stylist/hairdresser, but I also don't know what one would be best for a guy my age/style to go to. Also, haven't been to one in *forever*. Unless there's not much difference between them and I'm freaking out over nothing. :) It's just that getting this cut is a big deal and I'd rather not come out of it with something awful.

So can anyone suggest where a 23-year-old gay guy with long brown hair and the remnants of highlights should go to get his hair cut and styled?
Budget is also a consideration, but I'm willing to spend for this.

    Thanks!
