Best (least buggy) image for Vu+ Duo?

    Have tried them all at this stage and am finding them all full of bugs, to the point where my experience of the Vu+ Duo is being spoiled.

    Currently using the latest DE image. Media Player seems to be buggiest of them all in this distro, as well as misc bugs like network mounts through the UI not working.

    Plain and simple I'd like a 3+ day EPG, a Media Player that worked, and no show stopped bugs like network mounts refusing to work.

    Thoughts?

    On the topic of Media Players - whose is this? Is it a DMM creation that's standard in Enigma2?

    i find the vti image is by far the most stable and compared to images for dreambox far more stable from my past boxes. there is a 7day epg as standard using rytec whuch you only have to setup once to update daily. dont use network mount myself so couldnt tell you bout that.
    media player is exact same as dreambox and is been worked on but at mo is not the best with certain file types but hopefullly if the last few months are anything to go by it should be sorted soon as they are a fast team of developers

    I'm using VTI with the Rytec epg, which works very well for German / Spanish Channels, but I don't seem to be able to get any more than now + next for Sky UK/Ireland - any tips?

    I used VTI for a while and found the EPG didn't update automatically. Must try it again.

    All in not that impressed with the Vu+ Duo... too many bugs.

    I started off with OpenPLi, and uhm, haven't did anyting since! It's rare I get a greenscreen.

    Might give VTI a try though. EPG with OpenPLi can be hit and miss, I find.

    Unlike JHMEG, I love my Vu+. Though, I'm a Linux STB noob, so maybe I'm easily pleased by how configurable they can be!

    Well used to PLi, have been using for a few years on the DM500s around the house, but again, found OpenPLi buggy on the Vu+.

    I suppose the biggest disappointment has been the mediaplayer - I have a 60 quid Hisense MP800 Chinese yoke with LAN and USB that plays anything and everything.
