Looks like I left it too late to open a case with Ebay, can I still open one with Paypal, bought item Sale date: 16/05/10

We're sorry there's an issue with your purchase. You have 45 days after you buy an item to open a case. Unfortunately, the deadline to contact us about a problem with this item was Jun-30, 2010. You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller.
