    I think your best bet is pick a few and go in personally with your CV, theres always staff coming and going but bars wont advertise.

    A few years ago I was in the Old Quarter and was shocked at the treatment of lower staff by managment, I'd say pubs of that ilk are usually tough and the better one's such as Tom Collins or Nancy Blakes don't hire often......
