Seems quite a 'head in the sand' mentality to give it no weight. Is this and it's possible knock on effects not exactly what was feared?

I thorght it was possitive to see portuguese stocks rebound from inital drop on news, outlook also remains stable up comming bond issue will give indication of investor appitite. greek bond yield better than expected is helping sentiment this morning.

Portugal was on negative watch from AAA for some time - the market fully expected a downgrade so in a sense it wasn't really news
