Barefoot Running Sand or Grass

    I wanna introduce some barefoot running , I live near the beach but was wondering if anyone that does it thinks a harder surface is better, I also live near football pitches so either is convienent

    Unless you're used to barefoot then avoid hard surfaces :eek: Grass is perfect. The beach can be great as well, especially with the varying condition of the sand. However beware - sand is an abrasive and you can end up with a blister or two very quickly.
