Have been over this a few times . Am I missing something obvious?
Have to set this up on a few machines with multiple accounts . There was always the option to export & import email account setting but I can't find it in Outlook 2010.
    Any ideas appriciated?

you could use file and settings transfer wizard via windows and de-select all but email options ..
