What's it taste like when compared to the Erdingers of this world?

Erdinger is a brand name for a weissbier ( or wheat beer )

Perlenbacher is a Pilsener - more like a regular lager beer such as Spaten ( its not cloudy )

haven't a clue about the gravenwalder. it IS cheap though.

Grafenwalder is good at that price. It's not bad at all. Will pick up a few cans myself. Lidl sometimes do a good deal on the Franzeskiner (spelling). Also, if wheat beer is your thing O'Briens usually do a 5 for a tenner on Erdinger and Paulaner. It has been running since about May.

By the way I meant to say that Perlenbacher is awful..so pass that on to all your friends too if they live in Dublin 1 ( though then again the local bon vivants around here aren't too fussy )

after all I don't want it all gone before I get to the shop ;)
