    Hi Guys,

I currently have 5 radiators working off a Waterford Stanley solid fuel stove. It all works pretty well but can take a while to heat up when I come home from work.
I am thinking of getting a condensing oil fired boiler and linking it into the system before the winter. My problem is that I might be adding an extra 9 or 10 radiators in the next year or so when I extend the house.

Should I get a boiler with just enough capacity to cover my current needs or should I get a large capacity boiler now and add the new rads to it when I extend the house?

    Thanks

Get the larger boiler. The nozzel and air settings can be changed to rate the boiler down to its lowest design output. When the extension is done the nozzel and air can be changed again to increase the output.

    Thats great Johnnie, thanks.

Now the fun begins choosing a boiler!

A GRANT VORTEX is by far the best on the market. No other make comes close to it in efficiency.
