Well done to Longford and Clare minors

With all the talk about the senior games yesterday there were 2 minor finals played and congratulations to Longford on their 1st Leinster minor title since 2002 and Clare on their 1st Munster minor hurling title since 1989. A lot of good work been done on underage in GAA in both counties.

The buzz around here was crazy for the clare minor match. All the flags and signs up and everything. Congrats to both teams

Ye - was at Semple stadium yesterday. Clare minors were great !! Last time they won Munster was the team with Brian Lohan, Seanie McMahon etc.

Between them and last years under 21's, the future is bright for the banner !
