Who do ye recommned to issue BER Cert?

Mods - You can't sell a House these days without having one of these, it should be a useful reference for People to have recommendations for Local People or Businesses who are certified to issue these BER Certs in terms of who is reliable and charges fair prices etc. Thanks!
