Wow just read that headline in the online Leinster...things really that bad yeah? Is it affecting evreyone or still mainly people in the construction trade? I picked a good time to emigrate I think...but pretty sad to see there's that many people on the dole in the town. :mad:

It's very bad news indeed, although some of that rise can probably be attributed to college students signing on I imagine, but still its not good. Does anyone know what it represents percentage wise for Laois?
