Smoking banana peels

I remember many harvests ago there was a guy on Big Brother who got in trouble for rolling up banana peels, he didn't get to finish so we didn't see the result.

Skip forward to present and people on a podcast I was listening to referenced smoking banana peels without touching on the how to aspect.

So my question is, does this work and does one have to dry out the peels or what?? Surely someone has tried this and will share said experience.

It 100% works, but you have to brush the peels with a solution of water and sugar(1 tablespoon of sugar per 100ml of water) first and then dry them out in the oven on a low temp, about 150c.


If you're too young to operate an oven make sure you get an adult to help.

read about something along these lines before-supposedly you wrap the bananas in banana leafs and bury in hot dry sand on a beach for a period of time

when you come back they will be black and dried out -you then crumble it into a fine powder and smoke it

Way back in the dark ages (ie '60s) the theory was that it was those little strings that you get on a banana that you dried and smoked. I suppose you would need quite a lot of bananas to get enough to be worthwhile. I never tried it.

I probably wouldn't recommend it with all the fungicides and pesticides they apply to bananas! Plus the effort you need to go to is ridiculous but if you really really want to here's a video about how to prepare it, as I said it seems like it's way more work then it's worth but here it is:

Anyway, I knew a guy who could gey high just by telling himself he was high.
We swapped his banana skin joint for one with an ice cream wafer and he was wasted.
Then we laughed at how lame he was.

you need a hell of a lot of banana skins and you have to put them in the oven and scrape of some part of the skin then isolate another part, theres a fair bit of work involved and it's more expensive than buying illegal drugs

What makes you think smoking headshop stuff is any better for your sperm count? For all anybody knows it could be making you completely infertile. The easiest way to get pregnant is for both of you to agree to not have kids for the foreseeable future then have a few drinks to celebrate your decision and let nature think it's ****ing you over.
