Sky prefix Update failed

    Hi everybody,

    Really need some help with this. I got a letter from Sky saying that my telephone line is withholding the number which is right as we are ex-directory. Anyway they tell me to 142 in the dialling prefix in the installer menu. I have multiroom the old software standard box did the callback fine with 142, but the HD box displays the message 'prefix update has failed'. Does anyone know a way round this other than asking eircom to unblock the caller id? Thanks
