Perlico Upgrade

    Hi,
    Not sure where to post this... I'm with perlico broadband at the moment. I received a letter saying my 1mb broadband would be upgraded to 8mb for the same price.

    The upgrade started about a week ago, and i've pretty much had no internet connection to perlico since (no DNS or IP address). What i can see however is that my connection is only 3mb currently...

    Has anyone elses perlico been down for so long? or get upgraded only to 3mb?
