I am 5ft 8, I never cut the fork so there is plenty of height adjustment on
forks and seat post
I think 5ft 7 to 5ft 11

Planet Xes are very very light for the money; frame and fork but also their finishing kit like the stem are very light. The only (relatively) heavy thing on that bike would be the wheelset. You will not get a lighter bike without spending double IMO. Good luck with the sale.
