Advice needed on College place

Im not sure if this is in the right section, I apologise to the mods if it is, and feel free to move or delete if necessary,. I had a place lined up, and got messed around by my previous college, regrading a transfer, and my transcripts, so im wondering is there anywhere that is taking late admissions or anything?

You can still apply for "available places" courses through the CAO.

thanks for the link, but i've done 2 years in Carlow already, and im looking to switch college to preferably Dublin somewhere, and jump into 2nd or 3rd year of a similar course,. Would this be possible?
