Hi, I just got offered a job with Stream. Just wondering, does anyone have any experience of what they are like to work for?

    Thanks!

They are a decent enough company to work for. The pay they give however is really poor in comparison to other outsourcing agencies.

It was for an english technical support role, I dont have a degree I have a diploma but I have some experience. Call the person you were dealing with if you haven't heard

Tech support wages have remained low in general over the last 4 or 5 years. Remember that now we are racing to the bottom against India, Malaysia, Indonesia and now the Phillipines, where similar staff get about 10-20k pa. Even more senior Infrastructure roles that once paid 30-60k are now disappearing down the same route.

I've heard its a nice place to work.

Hey guys, I have a group interview coming up with Stream this week, and was looking for a guide of what it consists of. I have no technical qualification, but have customer service experience. Was just mentioned to me that there is a technical test, was just seeing how strong of knowledge would you have to have re: the XBox. If anyone could help me by answering this it would be great. :)
