Battery problem

    Sorry if this has been dealt with already but iv recently got the ios4 on my iPod but the battery seems to be a lot worse, it barely lasts a day at this stage. I onow it's no supposed to be because of the apps running on the background so any idea why it's gone so bad anyone

    the apps in the background are frozen so shouldnt use any power, first of all make sure everything is set to sync in itunes, music photos contacts etc, then restore the phone as a new phone

    emails and texts will be gone but everything else will be back when ya sync

    my battery was crap after i updated and that sorted it
