Dublin Zoo is always a good time, weather permitting. I'm 22 and I never stop enjoying it.

Perhaps one of the Viking Splash Tours: www.vikingsplash.ie

Most of the museums and galleries are full of kids on Sundays, particularly IMMA. Check out National Museum of Decorative Arts (Collins Barracks) and Natural History Museum too. All above closed on Mondays though.

I would second the Splash tour, it's great craic.
