Front locker

    hi all anybody know where you can pick up the sturts that hold up the front locker on a caravan,

    It will depend on the caravan make / model. If there is a dealer for the manufacturer in this country they should be able to get the parts. Otherwise, check out the caravan breakers in the UK.

    They probably are standard components.
    Should have some sort of part number and a N(ewton) value written on them.

    Take one off and bring it to your nearest motor factors and start your search from there.

    As long as you get the right lengths (compressed and extended) and near enough the righ force, any make will do.
    If you can't get the right length, re-positionin the spring on your locker might solve the problem.

    Them things don't come cheap though ...a home-made solution with a sawn off broom handle might be on the cards.

    You can do modification also according to your requirement.
