'Good' Mediums - or?

There has been a steady run of posts asking whether this Medium or that Psychic were 'good'.

If their information is given to them to help the current sitter and they faithfully deliver it as was given, then the outcome is completely out of their hands (or should be).
Some information is not understood at the time, but makes sense in a year or two - does that make them 'poor' just now and 'good' later?

If they accurately tell someone what they'd rather not hear, how would that be rated? 'Good' or 'awful' ?

Perhaps in life the outcome is determined more by what has been earned by the sitter, rather than any abilities the medium might temporarly have?

    Any views?

Lots of people go to a medium for the wrong reasons. They go with set expectations. If these are not met, if spirit give something truthful, but not what the sitter wanted to hear, then the medium will have done a good job, but will get a bad review. So even if evidence is given and accuracy is good, thats all a medium can do, and they have to trust and give it anyway. End of the day mediumship is about integrity, not popularity or a high fee.
