Hey guys, I just finished up playing

Broken Sword 1, which is my first foray back into point&click adventure RPG's in quite some time! Enjoyed it, nice relaxed pace, bit DaVinci code...

I'm looking to see if you guys know of any other great similar games (puzzles, point and click) that look like this, 2D cartoon animated games? Preferably PC games, but I could do Wii/XBLA/PSN...

So far I have the Broken Sword Series,
    Discworld series
    Monkey Island series

Any suggestions? And have any other point&clicks been re-drawn recently? :D

lol, Tim Schafer-a-thon! :D I hear Grim Fandango is on XBLA so i'll get it there :) Ya, using Scummv :)

Those weren't remade, were they? With the Wii and DS, point & click is getting a bit of a revival!

ya know what grinds my gears? I have legal copies of Discworld I & II and they won't run on my PC! but other ones do....:p

    Try

    Simon the Sorcerer series
    Sam and Max (plus Episodes)
King's Quest series (especially KQ VII if you are looking for that cel-shading look)
The Whispered World (pretty new one)
A Vampire Story (also pretty new)

Those should be your kind of games if you liked the others :)

    Day of the Tentacle

Seriously epic game. Brings me back to the 90s so it does i remember this one quite fondly.

Grim Fandango was pretty cool aswell tho i never actually finished that game,

i suppose the most recent to date game like that was XIII but its not an RPG, Sam and Max i suppose would be another one

They dont make em like that anymore!!

The Longest Journey has pretty much the same style. Very unusual and fascinating story too. I'd recommend it and Dreamfall (if you can get Dreamfall without that bastarding Starforce DRM that is. It's for sale on Steam, which might do away with it, but do try it, it's wonderful)
