Is there not a new medical centre on the other side of the Loreto? I think the OP is talking about the one just up from the Butts. Could be wrong though!

It is going to be a medical centre. Dean St medical centre are involved even though their own one is fairly new. It is going to be like a centre of excellence with a whole range of services.
