    Hello,

Does anyone know the best way to do this?

Also does anyone know any reasonable hotels in the centre of Barcelona?

    Cheers!

the bus station in barcelona is a short walk from the Arc de Triomf (barcas little sister of the arc in paris)

The 2* Acta Antibes Hotel and 2* Del Comte Hotel are in the Eixample area which is central, but not in the very centre of Barcelona. Both would be thought of as reasonably priced, but I would'nt regard any hotels in this city as great value for money.

If you have time check out the old medieval part of Girona, it's just over a five minute walk from the train station, I was sorry I didn't get there earlier. It's a little gem.

Big +1 on this - the old part of Girona is a charming spot and worth a visit in its own right.

Yeah, so much so that my next trip to Barcelona will include an overnight and full day in Girona.
