    Guys

Here is the story, have apple TV which has been working perfectly until we moved back to eircom broadband. We installed a new router and the Apple TV icon disappeared and I have not been able to reconnect since.

I have done a factory restore and joined both I tunes and Apple TV to the broadband network but I still can not see it on the computer with Itunes. Apple TV is giving me the access code to type into itunes but i can find it.

    Can anyone help.

    Cheers

    Nanook

Look in preferences in iTunes and make sure it set to look for apple tv in the advanced tab. Failing that make sure you are on latest version of iTunes as I think an update to apple tv happened a couple of weeks ago.

    Any answer to this?
I am having the exact same problem, in that when I changed to an eircom router, my apple tv won't detect iTunes. I've gone through the usual steps as outlined above, but still no joy.

I got onto apple directly. It was still under warranty so they replaced it.
