There's a lightweight exterior plaster finish that professionals use, but it seems to be a trade secret. Anyone know the name of it, and where there's a supplier, preferably in Dublin?

I don't think there is or I never heard of it anyway. The only thing that you might be thinking off is some machine plasterers that use a differant mix but the cost of these and the machines to use them would be well up in the 000s.
