HOw do you work your itbs on the foam roller?

    Obviously working your quads, glutes and calves on the foam roller is fairly idiot proof - place whatever bit you want on the roller and roll back and forth.

    But what about the itbs and "side" leg bits? I attempted a few goes but kept falling off the bloody roller or just not being very effective.

    How do you do yours?
