After many years of renting I am thinking about buying a house. I have been looking around various estates in the city. It is striking the amount of new, half occupied (in some cases half finished )housing estates in Ferrybank. What is the future for these? I know some of the developers have gone into liquidation (ellen who built Aylesbury)Can we expect firesales in the near future??
Also does anybody know if/when the shoppinig centre is going to open?
