Cerebral Palsy & Disability Allowance

I have cerebral palsy, but it's not too debilitating in that i dont have too much trouble doing things like walking, running, cycling.

But I think I may have problems with my back in a few years and I may need assistance with learning how to drive.

Basically my question is, does it matter how bad my disability is, or would I be able to apply for it? Also, where do I apply and what does it entail?

    Thanks
