02 mobile broadband connection problem

Keep getting this error message on my husband's laptop: Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection We have 2 x O2 USB thingies and when I plug mine into his laptop I get the same message even though it is working fine on my own laptop. Any help or suggestions appreciated, thanks.

Uninstall the o2 application and reinstall.
