Quick question guys...would really appreciate an answer to this, I apologise if its already been asked.

Got let go from my job last october
(2009), got my p45..Got new job in april, gave them p45...left that and went back to old job-still there :D

So in all that rigmoroll never got a p60 from my ~(NOW) job for last year as i wasnt employed till the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010 in that place.
Was told today i wouldnt get a p60 as i got p45 from her in oct!
Is this right? Should i still get P60 for last year ??:confused: need it (or not) for my grant want to send it off and get rid of it ASAP, getting headache just looking at it now:D

    Can any one help??

all you need is a P21 just go onto the Revenue and fill out a form and they'll send it out to you hope that helps as i was in the same position last year

I didn't have a P60 when I applied. I had misplaced it. I rang them & they said a P35L is the same thing & they accept that when a P60 is not available. You'll have to apply to the revenue for it. Your employer must submit a P35 to the revenue to get a P60 in return. What is on the P35 is the same as what appears on the P60. The P35L is the printable version of the P35 that the revenue will give you. It has all the P35 info on it. So you can by pass the P60 requirement that way. Don't worry too much. I got my grant & I never submitted a P60.
