    Shared twin room available from August 1st. Excellent location as it is within 1 minutes walking distance to the UCD campus.

    Two final year science students (male) currently living in the accommodation, looking for two similar students to will the twin room. Rent is €305 per person per month and does not include bills.

    The house has all necessary amenities including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Five minutes walking distance to the local shops, take aways and off licence. Located near a number 11 bus stop.

    Very reasonable price especially considering it's prime location to the UCD campus. House can be viewed on request
