How do you get sun lotion on your back if you are on your own? Does any one have any advice here?

Is there some kind of lotion applicator you can buy in the shops (cue d*ck jokes)

I have rubbed it on the bathroom door and then rubbed my back off it but thats the best I can come up with!!!

Any suggestions and make em good!

Stop buying lotion and use sun sprays that don't require you to rub it in.

When I came back from holidays this year I had a bit of a burned back and no one at home to put aftersun cream on it so I got a back brush and wrapped a face cloth around the back of it, secured with some hair elastics and lashed loads of cream onto it and it worked a treat!!!

It sounds like the best chat-up strategy imaginable, because there is a real need. Look around, and ask the person who most takes your fancy to help you out.

    Two options

    1) get a girl / boy friend and get them to do it

    2) wear a t shirt!

Use a multi-directional sun spray in a can. I got a Coppertone aerosol in the States last year but I'm not sure if it's widely available here. Ambre Solaire do one I think.
