    I should think so, it being a transport hub. Most proper newsagents sell them anyway, so you should be ok.

    Heuston Ticket Office sell one day bus passes only. The nearest Dublin Bus ticket agent is the Londis store on Parkgate Street (2-3 minutes walk).
