I saw this on the Rugby thread and it gave me an idea, we can all use this thread as a means for posting up our favourite soccer videos. It would be great if everyone could give a little description of why their video means something to them, and why you like it so much.

I'll get the ball rolling.

I adore this video, for me it sums up what football is about. In my opinion it is the the best video on youtube I have ever seen. the way he puts the fans first in the montage, giving them prominence in the video because we all know that football wouldn't be the same without the fans of the games. Then the dramatic moments from Zidane to Bergkamp and then the way France won Euro 2000 from the jaws of efeat. Perfect video and perfect music to accompany it.

This next video was quite possibly the best night of my 18 year old life. Unbelievable, I'll never ever forget this game until the day I die. This game cemented my love affair with Liverpool and was just something else. I'm sure every Liverpool fan out there will never forget it,and cherish this night forever. This game sums up why football is the beautiful game and the greatest game.

You just cant beat the moment where the music on the PA fades out, and the Hammers fans are left to complete the song themselves. Always ensures a "hair standing up on back of neck" moment.

The second video encapsulates the feelings at Upton Park on the Day the Hammers stayed up. I nipped out of the groud a few seconds before the end. But to hear the singing and the final whistle emanate from behind the Terraced Houses on Tudor Road was one of the most amazing moments of my life Unless you are a Hammers fan you just cant imagine how British and special the club is ! I even know a friend who lived in London who complained about the lack of aptmosphere at Stamford Bridge (despite repeated attendance), but never made the effort to try a little east end football for a change.

Paul McGrath kept the star-studded Italian forwards led by probably the best player in the world at the time Roberto Baggio at bay single-handedly in this game.

Franco Baresi, considered by many to be one of the greatest defenders of all time, applauded McGrath after the match and said it was the best defensive performance he has ever seen.

Got to be, shows the brilliance and craziness of the legend Paolo Di Canio. I remember being a young little chap going to the park to play for my team and trying to convince myself to play like Di Canio, I loved the man, and considering I don't support Celtic, Sheff Wed or West Ham (I am a Liverpool man) shows just how much I loved the chap, I never wanted to be like Fowler I always wanted to be Di Canio.

That video dosn't even show the best bit for Di Canio another 20 second clip which shows perfectly the genius and craziness of the man.

One of the greatest nights in Boro's history. Coming back from 3-0 down on aggregate to go through to the UEFA cup final and this was the goal that did it. Granted we got beat senseless in the final but this video still gives me goosebumps and reminds me of better times.
