    Hye everybody,

Just need your help please; I just installed MS Office 2003 onto my laptop.
I need Word to open some email attachments. They were in a kind of "gobblydee gook" type format and impossible to read!
However, after installing the Office (and Word) they are still the same. Perhaps somebody here might be able to help please? Thanks guys.

Did you buy the MS office 2nd hand? ..... If so thats your problem.

Check for scratches on the disc and al that jazz.

If your hard-drive is LOADED with memory that may be another cause.

    My advice? Exchange it

No, it's new. Seems grand if i just want to go type a letter or that. It's the email attachments in Word that are not how they should be. I'm not that well up on these things tell ya the truth!
