Just wondering if I will have severe difficulties travelling from Carlow through Naas, on Bus Eireann, to work tomorrow (Oxegen) going through at 7.40ish?

it's hard to know, but at that hour you'd imagine there wouldnt be loads heading into oxegen, it's the return journy will probably be stuck in Naas

Some bus eireann services will skip nass and kilcullen coming back.

Going towards dublin they will skip Kilcullen/Naas sometimes if they don't have any passengers alighting there.

Avoid JJ Kavanagh at all cost this weekend though. Sitting for 1 hour + between the M7 and the turn off for Punchestown is a nightmare.

got jj kavanagh bus thursday at 7 and friday at 8.15pm and no trouble getting through naas, heavy traffic around the m50 and red cow roundabout but that is most likely due to the prolonged roadworks there to repair a stretch of barrier taken out in a crash some time ago.
