Oh. Didn't know that. Why do they have the huge field?

the qualifying days are over two courses so they've effectively double the amount of entrants...

Euro Senior and Boys Team Championships are on but it's generally the least well supported of all the Irish Championships.

The Euro senior and boys are finished on Saturday. The North doesn't start till Monday.

Don't know why it's always been so poorly supported especially this year considering the course it's been played on.

unfortunatley the distance to travel and the fact that its always held to coincide with July 12th celebrations have meant a low (but much improved) southern entry

for many years only a handful such as Tom Corridon entered from the ROI

    Round 2 results here.

Lucan's Richard O'Donovan took a good scalp today beating Paul Cutler by 2 holes. Pity Pio O'Leary couldn't match that feat but he can always look back on the hole-in-one he had on the 3rd in Dunluce in the second round.
