Do anyone know where I might get plain B5 sized paper in cream or white.

    Which B5?

B5 international standard paper size (176×250 mm) or B5 Japanese standard paper size (182×257 mm)

You dont say how many sheets you would want, but if it was a job I was working on, I would see two possible options depending on quantity.
For a small amount, get some A4 and cut it to size using a scalpel and steel rule or a guillotine if you have one.
If you are into large quantities and by that I mean reams of paper then go to a commercial paper suppliers and get them to cut the A4 reams down to B5, most won't charge if the quantity is 2 or more reams.
Its possible that you will find a paper suppliers that keeps a stock of B5, but I reckon you may wind up going down one of the above routes.
If I can turn up a supplier from my contacts I'll post up the details for you.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

Maybe O'Sullivan Graphics, 14-15 Camden Street, Dublin might have it.
