I won the three stars for Winning Streak when I was about ten, and sold the ticket to my brother for about £1, and then spent the next few months ****ting my load every Saturday night thinking that he was gonna be pulled out and appear on the show. Now when I get three stars, I just burn the damn ticket.

My sister won €4 today. I told her to buy two more with the money, and she told me that that's how they get you. I know rightly she won't quit gambling forever after €2 profit though.

I won £20, 20yrs ago:o. Since that the most I've won is €6:(. I know a woman who won €1000, about 15yrs ago. Don't know anyone else who's won a half decent amount.

I love the things. I remember myself and my mum in the GPO when I was a kid. We got a scratchcard and won a free scratchcard and, being wild, queued up and got our free scratchcard. Won £2! Queued again and got two scratchcards. Won a free scratchcard off one of them. Well, you can guess what we did next! What can I say - there weren't enough computer games back then! Spent half the day in the GPO queueing and scratching. (Bet I'm not the first person to say that!)

My other scratchcard story is when my dad won £50 off one. He went straight to the nearest newsagent to get his pay out and came out to find his car clamped. Release fee - £50. Karma and all that, but I still feel sorry for him 'cause we never had money in those days. Damn you karma - we could have eaten that week!!!
