Bus fare from City Centre to Swords

    Hey folks I have to head out to Swords tomorrow evening. Just wondering how much it'll cost to take the 41 from Abbey Street to Swords? Also how long of a journey time are we talking, will be heading about half 5?

    2.20 and about 45 minutes

    If your getting the bus from Abbey Street to Swords, you have two options:

    OPTION 1
    41- Will take a bit more than hour at 5.30. It will cost €2.20

    OPTION 2

    41X- To get this bus be around Abbey Street for about 5.20 if you can. Trip time will be about 30/35 mins to Swords as it uses the M1 and has limited stops en route. It will cost €2.50.

    Or you could take the Swords Express from Eden Quay. It will take 25-35 minutes. http://www.swordsexpress.com/ . Will cost you 4 euros.

    Thanks for the advice folks, ended up getting the 41 and it took about 50 minutes.

    It took forever to get past Drumcondra but it flew to Swords once it cleared the bottleneck.
