Hi ,I'm a plumber by trade and gas installer.

At the moment I'm living in a realitively new apartment ,three years old. From day one I've noticed a few bad practices here ,with the installation on the heating systems and mains water pipe.

I've been advised by someone I know ,to get the council to inspect things.
My problem is I don't want to create a problem for everyone living here and if I can get it sorted out quietly it would be better for everyone.

    The problem...

Basically ,there is heating system water getting into the mains water piping.
I suspected issues since I moved in here first and last week a glass of water confirmed it.

Hows best about getting this sorted ?
