using vatsim

how do i go about using Vatsim. just registered and downloaded FSInn but i've no idea how to logon to any vatsim server or anything??? FSinn Copilot works when I start FSX as in all the drop down menus are there, once ive started free flight - where do I go from here? I'd like to just listen in to air traffic for a bit…

great thanks....good thing i didn't try to just figure it out myself!! I'd be still at it when the next World Cup comes round lol
