    Hi,

I have a problem with my i pod nano. Its the newest model and i have it two months, At the moment it is not being picked by i tunes nor windows. The ipod is under warranty and i am just wondering what the best option for getting it repaired would be. Can it be sent back to apple.

    Thanks

I had a problem with mine, kept shutting down all the time,I looked up the apple irl site for a list of authorised repair ctrs found one close to me,brought it in they check your serial to see if your in warranty, replaced it after 2 days waiting with a new one total cost was €15 they said they had to charge a handling fee.
