Why the need for the caps? But no one but ubisoft know the release date for the beta, its been delayed because the release date has changed for the game

We can assure you that the GRFS beta will absolutely still happen. When? At this time we don’t have a firm date. We are taking advantage of the extra development time to bring you the beta in its most polished state so that you guys can have the best gameplay experience, something you’ve come to expect from the Ghost Recon brand.
