Cheapest LandLine

    I have an active landline with eircom. Is perlico the cheapest landine at 31.99?

    Any advice? How do people find them. I don;t need broadband as I cannot get it in my area.

    I think Elive Telecom has technically the cheapest line rental at €18 (plus VAT??) but I'm not sure they're operating in residential telecoms any more: http://www.elive.ie/telecom.php
