    Hi, not sure if this is the right place for this thread.
    I've booked a hotel and transfers from alpharooms and everything was fine until ryanair kept delaying our flight so we switched to a different one. The arrival time is about the same but of course the flight number is different which may cause confusion for our transfers if they are going by flight number.
    So I JUST need to tell them this tiny detail just in case but CANNOT reach them.
    I waited 20mins on a customer service line before giving up. Since then I've found other numbers of theirs but now they give an out of service dial tone. I've emailed their 3 email accounts NUMEROUS times, over and over again! but get no reply.
    I sent them a message through their online help service but have gotten no reply.
    What on earth can I do??

    no record of booking when i got to my destination, no customer service and no refund when i returned - never again

    I find it very suspicious that you seemed to have registered with Boards with the single motive of dragging up old threads about Alpharooms and posting the same post on each one. Why did you not get a refund? if you paid with credit card you should have been entitled to a refund. Also I would be very suprised that they didn't refund you if the mistake was on their side. I smell a troll....
